George has been working at Altitude since its inception in 2010 and heads up the investment side of the business. George has enjoyed driving the company’s growth forward through the challenging market conditions over the years.

George specialises in investment & development funding work across the UK, with key relationships with a number of Family Offices, property companies & institutions like AEW, Lasalle IM, Fiera Real Estate & Pears Group .

Prior to Altitude, George worked at Alder King in their Exeter office as head of the retail & office agency department.

Outside of the office, George is a passionate sportsman and loves cycling, skiing, country sports and a keen supporter of Exeter Chiefs.

Tom joined Altitude in 2016 following 10 years in London with DTZ and JLL advising landlord and tenant clients in the office sector. He leads the Asset and Property Management business at Altitude as well as advising clients on investment sales and acquisitions.

Tom’s main areas of focus relate to adding value to client portfolios through proactive asset management initiatives. He also has development management experience, bringing teams together to deliver clients projects.

Clients include a mix of family offices, private individuals and prop co’s.

Outside of the office Tom enjoys spending time on Dartmoor with his family, following the Exeter Chiefs and playing sport, particularly cricket and skiing.

Simon is the newest member of the Altitude team, specialising in investment work. Simon has 27 years experience having worked at JLL (formerly King Sturge) as a director in the Bristol Capital Markets team. He will be concentrating on acquisitions and disposals throughout the UK. Simon’s clients include a mixture of private investors, property companies, trusts/charities and institutions. Clients include Mayfair Capital, CBREIM, Threadneedle, Eskmuir and Robert Hitchins.

Outside of the office, Simon will be found cycling the lanes and hills of the West Country, hiking in the mountains, or sailing with friends. Simon is a keen Somerset CC cricket fan, and Bristol Bears supporter.

Krysy bring nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate legal and property management sectors. Krysy is responsible for all aspects of property management for Altitude’s clients, managing a diverse portfolio of properties along the M5 corridor, extending as far north as Stratford-upon-Avon.

Her professional background includes extensive work in commercial conveyancing, contract law and contentious litigation, paired with hands-on property and project management experience. She has collaborated with surveyors, structural engineers, insurance companies and banks —bringing a comprehensive, solutions-focused approach to every client engagement.

Krysy brings her expertise in property portfolio management, with a sharp focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and long-term asset value. She’s dedicated to streamlining operations, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and providing end-to-end support across service charge management, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance—ensuring Altitude’s clients receive the highest standard of service.

Freddie joined Altitude in 2025 specialising in asset management, currently based in Bristol and Exeter.

Having previously worked at Colliers within the commercial valuation team focusing, Freddie brings with him a wealth of knowledge and analysis on commercial property, helping drive the intellectual capital and attention to detail throughout the Altitude Asset Management portfolios.

Freddie supports clients with all aspects of asset management with a focus on driving underlying properties values and overall portfolio performance through strategic asset management initiatives with a specialist in lease re-gears, renewals, rent reviews and a RICS registered valuation, with full MRICS qualifications

Outside of work, Freddie can be found planning his wedding, playing cricket and enjoying the great outdoors.

Will is the latest member of the Altitude team, joining in 2025 after working in London.

At Altitude Investments, Will is responsible for delivering new investment sales and acquisitions on behalf of several Institutions, REITs, PropCo’s, and Private Family Offices.

Will began his career in 2019 at the retail investment practice, Fawcett Mead, in London, prior to joining an SME developer’s commercial land acquisitions team, where he secured the delivery of land purchases, planning permissions, and end-use operators for new industrial and roadside sites.

In 2022, Will qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, becoming a Member of the RICS.

Outside of work, Will can be found kitesurfing, sailing, skiing or running, and has helped to bolster (most of) Altitude’s support for Exeter Chiefs.
